Director Mu Yibin and other leaders watched the office environment of our institute, checked our self-examination and self-correction activity plan, rectification report, lawyers' study notes and self-examination summary, and listened to Director Wang Guangren's work report.
Director Wang Guangren focused on the serious resolution of the erroneous understanding that there is no investigation and correction during the self-examination and self-correction stage. He believed that we are the old advanced and old model of Shandong's legal profession. We have won awards and received commendations every year. We have not complained for 16 years, have not been punished by administrative organs and have not had a bad practice record. We are blindly optimistic and rest on our laurels. Organize all lawyers to earnestly study the important instructions of the central leadership, and the speeches of Minister Zhang Fusen and Vice Minister Duan Zhengkun at the teleconference on the transfer of the national lawyers' centralized education and rectification activities. According to the requirements of the central leading comrades for the social functions of lawyers and the requirements for the construction of the lawyer team, we should lay a good ideological foundation for the three education, focus on the realization of the "three norms", and carry out self-examination and self-correction with high standards and strict requirements. Can not be satisfied with no lawyers scattered, chaotic, poor, lawyers have no professional ethics, lack of practice discipline, no improper relationship with judges. The first is to find out the gaps in our political beliefs and concepts of purpose from the social functions of lawyers proposed by the central leadership to "maintain judicial justice, promote the rule of law, enforce the law for the people, prevent judicial corruption, and realize social fairness and justice. The second is to find out the gap in the construction of our political quality, professional quality, professional ethics and practice discipline from the goal of building a team of lawyers who "adhere to faith, be proficient in law, safeguard justice and abide by integrity" put forward by the leaders of the Ministry. The third is to adapt to the development of the situation, strive to do a good job in the "four services", and find out the gaps in our talent training, lawyers' professional knowledge, service skills and experience. Fourth, look for gaps and deficiencies against the standards of national excellent lawyers. Participate in self-examination and self-correction activities with an attitude of being responsible for yourself, the law firm, and the lawyer career, thus seeing the gaps, shortcomings and problems, and making everyone realize that if you do not make serious improvements and strive to improve, it will affect team building and law firms. The development of the company cannot achieve the purpose of centralized education and rectification of the lawyer team. For this reason, we have researched and formulated the form of "five combinations" to carry out in-depth and solid self-self-correction activities.

The reason why our institute has been able to continue to develop and grow in the past 16 years and achieve new achievements every year is that we have high standards and strict requirements, and constantly and resolutely correct the deficiencies and problems in our work. We must continue to carry forward the good tradition in order to make continuous progress. Comprehensive measures to maintain zero complaints for 16 years are being developed.
2, self-examination and self-correction and strive to create a national excellent law firm combined. According to the evaluation standards of national excellent law firms, we should compare the situation of the firm one by one, find out the gaps and deficiencies, and strive to improve. For example, although our system is constantly improving, it is not well implemented. To this end, we have revised and improved the existing rules and regulations, formulated rewards and punishments, and compiled and printed the work manual of the lawyer's office.
3, internal self-examination and self-correction and open the door to solicit opinions. Through visits and symposiums, we will review and summarize the evaluation cards of the clients who have undertaken cases in the past two years to find out the problems and shortcomings. Strengthen social supervision, adjust and enrich the practice of supervisors.
4, self-examination and self-correction and expand business, to achieve the combination of social functions. Correctly handle the "relationship between business volume growth and function performance", "the relationship between social benefits and economic benefits", and solve the willingness to handle large-scale cases, unwilling to handle small-scale cases, unwilling to accept criminal cases, and partners emphasize expansion and neglect management. problem. we should further readjust our work thinking and reformulate the case distribution system.
5, the leadership team self-examination and self-correction and mass appraisal combined. Fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all personnel, carry forward the spirit of the protagonist, everyone contributes to the development of the lawyer's office and team building, and makes concerted efforts to make contributions.
Although the centralized education and rectification activities have only been carried out in two stages, their effects are obvious, enabling lawyers to enhance their professional sense of honor, to do a good job in their sense of responsibility and mission, to improve their consciousness of strict management, legal practice and service for the people, to firmly establish the concept of "four services" and to mobilize lawyers' enthusiasm to expand their business. By the end of July, the business I handled has increased significantly over the same period last year, and the business fees have increased by 30% over the whole of last year. I am now actively applying for the selection of national outstanding law firms. We must concentrate our energy and time, do a good job in the next three stages of work more seriously, strive to successfully achieve the purpose of centralized education and rectification activities, and do all the work of our institute better.
After checking and listening to the report, Director Chen Mingfu fully affirmed the work of our institute. He said: "I think Zhongcheng Institute has provided a better example, that is, centralized education and rectification, especially in the stage of self-examination and self-correction. What should we do? Some have outstanding problems to solve outstanding problems, this goal is very clear. The three outstanding problems put forward by the Ministry may not exist in these better places. If it does not exist, how can good results be achieved in the stage of self-examination and self-correction? How can you move forward faster? I think Director Wang's thinking is very good. He put forward: first, to find gaps and deficiencies according to the social functions of lawyers; second, to find deficiencies according to the four-sentence goal of lawyer team construction; third, to find deficiencies according to the four service requirements; fourth, to find deficiencies according to the standards of national excellent law firms; his guiding ideology is very clear, his standing is relatively high, and his intention is relatively high, the standard requirements are also relatively high, so he can see the problems and gaps under better conditions, and take certain measures. I think Director Wang's practice is meaningful for Shandong lawyers to carry out centralized education and rectification activities. What should we do? No outstanding problems do not mean no problems. His problems may not be problems for other institutions, but they may be problems for himself. For example, the implementation system is not strict, and internal management still needs to be improved. This practice is still meaningful, and there is another meaningful place, that is, most of them have systems. How can these systems be implemented? He has two articles. One is to clearly implement the responsibility. Who will do it? Who will implement these systems? Second, it not only clarifies the responsibility for implementation, but also has a problem of supervision and assessment. It is not only the system that has been put on the wall, but also the implementation of the system. I think these practices are good. Director Huang and Director Chen should summarize and promote their good practices throughout the city, which is meaningful. There are really problems, especially the three outstanding problems are very few, and more are that there are no outstanding problems in themselves, but what about the effectiveness of centralized education and rectification, especially the requirements of self-examination and self-correction? Director Wang still thinks deeply in this respect. The characteristics of this institute are that all major matters are first decided by branch meetings, including branch meetings and branch meetings.
