In order to do a good job in this centralized education and rectification activity, our institute has successively held meetings of partners and party branches to conscientiously study the important instructions of the central leading comrades and the "notice on carrying out centralized education and rectification activities in the ranks of lawyers" issued by the Ministry of Justice and the Municipal Bureau of Justice, so as to fully understand the importance of carrying out this centralized education and rectification activity. A leading group for centralized education and rectification activities was established with Director Wang Guangren as the group leader and Deputy Director Han Honggang as the deputy group leader. At the same time, according to the requirements of the notice of the city bureau and in combination with the actual situation of our institute, the implementation plan and file allocation table for carrying out centralized education and rectification activities have been formulated, and clear and specific provisions have been made on the guiding ideology, work objectives, main tasks, methods, steps and requirements of the activities.
On the afternoon of May 18, our institute held a general meeting of all staff, which officially opened the strategic curtain of centralized education and rectification activities. Director Wang Guangren first organized everyone to study again the important instructions of the central leading comrades and the Judicial Bureau's "Notice on Carrying out Centralized Education and Rectification Activities in the City's Lawyers Team", and then mobilized the activities. Deputy Director Han Honggang deployed the activities in combination with our implementation plan. During the mobilization, Director Wang emphasized that this centralized education and rectification activity is to further strengthen the construction of the lawyer team, solve some outstanding problems in the practice of lawyers, and better play the role of lawyers in the construction of socialist democracy and legal system. Although our firm has maintained a record of zero complaints for 15 consecutive years and has received many awards for meritorious service, it does not mean that we have no problems in our practice. At present, our institute is in a critical period of striving to create a national excellent law firm. Therefore, we should closely combine the centralized education and rectification activities with the striving activities, combine the centralized education and rectification activities with the promotion of the rapid development of various work, effectively improve the ideological understanding and political and professional quality of all lawyers, further standardize the practice of lawyers, and build a team of lawyers with excellent political, professional and professional ethics.
Deputy Director Han Honggang emphasized during the deployment: This centralized education and rectification activity must be carefully organized and implemented in accordance with the requirements and arrangements of the implementation plan, and the activities must be solid, lively, and effective. After the mobilization meeting, we quickly carried out learning activities in accordance with the requirements of the implementation plan. On May 22, all the staff of our institute visited the Jinan Battle Memorial Hall, which gave everyone a vivid and profound revolutionary traditional education. Everyone was determined to be the party and the government with the noble spirit of selfless dedication of revolutionary ancestors and martyrs and the courage to sacrifice everything for the interests of the people, keeping in mind the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, good lawyers to the satisfaction of the people.
