Carrying out the "Three One" Selection Activities to Improve the Quality of Legal Services

Recently, Shandong Zhongcheng Renhe Law Firm's "Three Ones" awards were successfully concluded. The "Three Ones" award activity means that every practicing lawyer in the whole institute must write a paper, submit a legal document, and participate in the selection of the whole institute every year. The purpose of this activity is to establish among the lawyers in the whole institute. The good atmosphere of "comparison, learning, catching up, and surpassing" promotes lawyers to carry out theoretical research and strives to improve the quality of case handling. In the 2001 "Three Ones" awards, all lawyers submitted 32 papers, 20 legal documents and 20 business files. After evaluation by experts and the jury of the institute, a total of two first prizes, six second prizes and five third prizes were awarded. One first prize, two second prizes and three third prizes for legal documents; one first prize, two second prizes and three third prizes for business files. The award-winning papers cover international investment and trade, urban construction and real estate, financial securities, administration, law firm management and other legal fields, with a high theoretical level. Award-winning legal documents and business files also showed a high level of production. This "Three Ones" award activity is also an important measure for Zhongcheng Renhe Law Firm to implement a comprehensive business quality control system. It has further strengthened the work style of "perfection and excellence" of the whole institute, and has improved the business quality of the whole institute.
