On June 24, 2024, the "Seminar on Business Innovation of South Korea-funded Enterprises" co-sponsored by China-Korea SME Revitalization Corporation and Zhongcheng Qingtai (Qingdao) Law Firm was successfully held in Qingdao South Korea SME Support Center.
On June 24, 2024, the "Seminar on Business Innovation of South Korea-funded Enterprises" co-sponsored by China-Korea SME Revitalization Corporation and Zhongcheng Qingtai (Qingdao) Law Firm was successfully held in Qingdao South Korea SME Support Center. At the seminar, more than 40 persons in charge of Shandong Korean-funded enterprises and personnel from related institutions participated.
Jin Zhe, senior consultant of Zhongcheng Qingtai Qingdao Institute, gave a special lecture on "Interpretation of Tariff Law and Tariff Planning" and shared and interpreted with the participants through case studies on tariff issues of concern to foreign-funded enterprises, such as "Analysis of Highlights of the New Tariff Law, Tariff Compliance Planning under FTA and Countermeasures for Import and Export Enterprises.
Ma Hongjun, a lawyer from the Finance and Taxation Studio of Zhongcheng Qingtai Qingdao Institute, gave a special lecture on "Changes in the Policy of Overseas Income Tax Declaration for Foreigners in China". He shared with the participants the specific provisions of "Domestic Tax Law and China-South Korea Tax Agreement on Individual Income Tax and Tax Collection and Administration for Overseas Income" and made a professional interpretation on legal and practical issues such as "how to make use of the legal and compliant tax relief.
