In response to the call of Jinan Judicial Bureau to carry out the "four ones" legal service centralized action, Zhongcheng Qingtai "one village, one legal adviser" legal service group actively acted. On May 26, lawyers Zhao Kaiyong, Tian Yuanying, Zhao Bing and Lin Jing, members of the legal service team, launched a special law popularization activity on "sending law into enterprises" in Zhenglu Town, Shanghe County.

On May 26, lawyers Zhao Kaiyong, Tian Yuanying, Zhao Bing and Lin Jing, members of the legal service team, launched a special law popularization activity on "sending law into enterprises" in Zhenglu Town, Shanghe County. Wang Qiang, full-time deputy secretary of Zhenglu Town Government, Wang Maohua, director of the Judicial Office, and heads of more than 20 enterprises attended the event.
During the activity, lawyer Tian yuanying gave a special lecture on the prevention of legal risks in production safety of enterprises, and gave a bright interpretation of the newly revised 2021 "production safety law". the lecture combined with vivid cases and was rich and practical in content. Lawyer Zhao Kaiyong put forward professional legal suggestions on the hidden dangers of production safety and emergency rescue treatment in enterprises. The members of the legal service team gave patient and meticulous answers to legal issues such as production safety and labor employment that the participating entrepreneurs are generally concerned about, which effectively promoted the participants' in-depth understanding and understanding of the importance of production safety prevention.
After the lecture, members of the legal service team went to Xiaoshijia Village, Zhenglu Town, to resolve conflicts and disputes between villagers in the village due to neighboring rights. The dispute has a long history. Although it has been tried by the court and actively mediated and coordinated by the town government and the town judicial office, the problem has not been resolved.
The members of the legal service team adopt the back-to-back mediation method, use relevant legal knowledge to analyze and judge the pros and cons of the propositions of both parties, and persuade the parties to value peace. At the same time, it puts forward constructive suggestions, and gets the attention and adoption of the town's judicial office, which points out the direction for the settlement of subsequent disputes. Zhongcheng Qingtai legal service group will continue to follow the mediation progress of the dispute, with a view to resolving contradictions through the linkage mechanism of the town judicial office and the legal service group, and contributing to the harmonious life of the masses.
