On April 23, the "Belt and Road" Chinese Medicine Entering ASEAN and ASEAN Countries Legal Policy Entrepreneurs Exchange Conference was successfully held in Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute. This exchange meeting was hosted by the Grassroots Committee of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Peasants and Workers Party and the Provincial Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Fu Jun, deputy secretary-general of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Shandong Provincial Committee of the Peasants and Workers Party, full-time vice chairman and secretary-general, Sun Lihai, member of the party group and vice president of the Shandong Institute of Socialism, Yu Jianlin, chairman of the Shandong Chamber of Commerce for Foreign Investment and Economic Cooperation, and representatives of entrepreneurs such as Zhou Tong, chairman of Sinoparma Medical (Weifang) Hospital Co., Ltd., and Fu Jie, Ltd., Ltd. Lawyer Yu Cuilan, senior partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute, executive director of ASEAN Business Center, and legal adviser of China-ASEAN Business Association, presided over the exchange meeting.
Before the meeting, relevant leaders and entrepreneurs visited Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute, visited the honor wall, lawyer wall, cultural wall, mock court, etc., to learn about our party building work, development process, social responsibility and strategic layout.
At the exchange meeting, experts interpreted the trade data and cooperation status between ASEAN and Shandong, and made it clear that ASEAN has always been Shandong's largest trading partner and has played an important role in the province's economic development and foreign investment planning. Through the exchange, the participants clearly realized that ASEAN is a huge market that entrepreneurs and intermediaries cannot ignore. There are a wide range of investment opportunities, but it is also accompanied by many potential business risks and legal risks.
In order to better provide ASEAN-related legal services for enterprises, Lawyer Yu Cuilan, as the person in charge, gathered the strength of lawyers across the country and carried out in-depth cooperation with overseas lawyers. In this exchange meeting, Lawyer Yu Cuilan invited Lawyer Luo Zhangwu from Malaysia. He is currently an overseas lawyer member of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Chinese Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, a director of the Chinese Judicial Research Association, a legal adviser to the the People's Republic of China Embassy in Malaysia, as well as Liu Pengcheng and other lawyers who are familiar with Myanmar business, they are currently based in Yangon, Myanmar, serving as the director of the Myanmar Chinese Enterprise Chamber of Commerce and the vice president of the Tourism and Service Branch. They introduced the investment environment and legal policies of ASEAN countries to the entrepreneurs attending the meeting. The status quo, and put forward the slogan "Enterprise is not moved, law first", hoping that through the work of the lawyer team, entrepreneurs can resist risks and create value in ASEAN business.
After the meeting, lawyer Yu Cuilan signed a legal cooperation framework agreement with Jinan Dongfang Kaiyuan Pharmaceutical New Technology Co., Ltd. on behalf of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute to provide services and escort for the subsequent ASEAN business development of Kaiyuan Pharmaceutical Company.
This exchange meeting, the direction is accurate, has a strong practical reference value, and has been fully affirmed by the participants.
In the next step, Zhongcheng Qingtai will continue to deepen the field of foreign-related law, help create a legal business environment, "escort" enterprises to go out and bring in, and provide entrepreneurs with professional legal protection and legal services in the development of ASEAN business.
