Dean Li Huang said in his welcome speech that Zhongcheng Qingtai's move to set up a South Korea branch and sign a strategic cooperation agreement with the Faculty of Law of Koryo University is of great significance. In the next step, the college will provide cooperation facilities for the law firm without reservation, give full play to the academic advantages of the college, and carry out in-depth cooperation in various aspects such as academic exchanges between the two sides.

President Han Yongan said that the establishment of a branch office in South Korea and the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with the Faculty of Law of Korea University are useful attempts for cross-border legal cooperation between the two sides. At present, Zhongcheng Qingtai has realized the business priority cooperation mode with many regional universities in China. It is hoped that more lawyers can be linked to participate in the strategic cooperation projects of Koryo University through Zhongcheng Qingtai South Korea Branch in the future, so as to make more and better contributions to the legal services of China and South Korea.

The purpose of this visit is to thank the college for its support to the training of foreign-related talents, international legal academic research and the establishment of the South Korea branch of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm over the years. It is hoped that the two sides will take the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement as an opportunity to carry out more extensive cooperation in the integration of industry, university and research, and work together to promote the deepening of trade exchanges and judicial cooperation between China and South Korea.
