Once again, I was impressed by the spirit. In my heart, "Guangren spirit" is the beacon of young lawyers, guiding the direction of young lawyers.
When I read what Director Wang wrote: "There may be five types of people in a unit: scum who fails to get things done, people who muddle along to get paid, people who complete their assigned tasks on a step-by-step basis, people who work proactively and creatively, and the soul or spiritual leader of an organization. I hope that all young lawyers will strive to become talents and people who are not available in every unit." This text, I feel very shocked. This is undoubtedly a direction for us young lawyers and what kind of people we should be. Becoming a talent, or even becoming a character, will be the direction of my future struggle.

From the summary reports over the years, he can deeply realize that he has made detailed and in-depth research on the development of the lawyer industry, the planning of the law firm, and the development of the lawyer business. From the book, I saw Director Wang's passion for lawyering. It is mainly reflected in having the right professional philosophy, superb business skills and good professional ethics", this is Director Wang's definition of a good lawyer, he has practiced this standard with his own practical actions, but also set a beacon for our young lawyers to sail.
At this point, I am even more sorry that I have not met Director Wang and have not heard his teachings in person. Since then, only with his spirit as the guide, and strive to be a good lawyer like him.
