In my impression, Director Guangren seems to be very strict. The scope of management is never limited to majors. If you see something inappropriate, you will say and manage it. Now that I think about it, he is more like a father, treating every young person as his own child, not teaching you to be a profitable lawyer, but teaching you to be a believer and a moral lawyer. We are now lawyers not only for ourselves, but for a long time, being a lawyer is a kind of responsibility, shouldering the growth of the team, carrying the inheritance of the industry, and the road under our feet can not be controlled by ourselves, and we can stop if we stop. In the past six years, many things have happened in the world, so much so that when we think back to 2018, we will even feel like we have passed away. During these six years, director Wang's earnest teachings to us are still echoed in my ears. when I have to think of director Wang in my spare time, I still cannot help feeling sad. Six years ago, Director Wang's death left us with endless sorrow, but his spirit and teachings have always accompanied us.

In the six years since Director Wang left us, I often remember the little things about the elderly. Every time I think of it, I admire and miss him more and more, and I feel that I have learned too much from him. As time flies, Director Wang's "Guangren spirit" slowly settles down. He teaches us to treat work and life with the spirit of inheritance, innovation and sharing, which is the most precious legacy he left us.

Director Wang emphasized that people must have integrity and kindness. He asked us to treat people and things with a broad mind and be a decent lawyer. He warned us to be kind to our customers, treat every customer sincerely and grow together with them. He often said that the broadest thing in the world is the human mind, the talented are open-minded, and the powerful are ashamed to hurt others. I also believe that true kindness is not a superficial act, but a motivation from the bottom of my heart. I must be sincere to others and principled to myself. Integrity and kindness can be passed on.

At the same time, Director Wang also attaches great importance to the cultivation of professional ability. He stressed that as lawyers, our expertise and problem-solving skills are our core competencies. In practice, we should be kind to others, but we should not expect others to repay us. These simple truths, told by his old man, are full of wisdom and enlightenment. The level of professional competence of lawyers determines the possibility of realizing personal value and time and economic freedom for individual lawyers. As a legal service industry, the level of professional ability determines the length of the life cycle of the lawyer's business, and the professional ability is the continuous vitality of the lawyer's practice.

Director Wang often encourages us to dare to innovate and constantly develop new legal service products. He believes that any organization will have no way out without innovation. Innovative legal service products and research and development of legal service products are shortcuts to overtaking in corners, which can make the team more powerful than others. In order to achieve innovation, Director Wang also advocated that we should constantly refine our service areas of expertise. I remember around 2012, he was sixty-seven or eighteen years old, and he personally led the law firm's partners to study in other law firms in Beijing. He encouraged everyone to develop the habit of lifelong learning and to make innovative learning an important part of their practice.

Director Wang advocates the concept of sharing and caring. He believes that it is essential to share all business opportunities, knowledge and practice experience and even lessons learned in practice that are conducive to growth. His love and tolerance for young lawyers makes people feel warm. I remember that I forgot to wear uniform clothes when I organized a learning activity in the institute. When you die, do you know how many people shed tears for you? After your death, the Law Association, the Justice Bureau and other departments asked me to tell your deeds and the spirit of Guangren. I was in tears every time, and so were other colleagues. I found that you were the weakest and most afraid to mention in the hearts of all of us, and tears flowed first before words came out. Every time important guests communicate with the law firm, I will tell them your story in front of your bronze statue, talk about Guangren Fund, talk about the development of Zhongcheng Qingtai, talk about the public welfare of Zhongcheng Qingtai......

When you died, there were still people who were worried about the future of Zhongcheng Qingtai. In the past six years, Zhongcheng Qingtai was stronger and more united, with more than 1,000 people. Director Geng Guoyu was elected as the president of the Shandong Law Association! I believe that in my tears, you must be smiling, must be smiling happily......

After your death, the law firm has adhered to your will and, as always, even paid more attention to public welfare. The Management Committee has also set up a special public welfare executive committee. I have the honor to be the director of this committee. All organizations and teams carry out public welfare in a cohesive way. Our public welfare has changed from spontaneous public welfare to that of the whole law firm and all teams! I want to tell you that the spirit of public welfare has gradually integrated into the blood of everyone in Qingtai!

I would like to report a few things to you. I believe you will be as supportive and gratified as before.

One is that we carry out public welfare innovatively. For example, we also use public welfare live broadcast to populalize the law. We use trembles, fast hands and micro-videos. Our own lawyers are live broadcast hosts and our own lawyers are live broadcast guests. They are grounded and practical. They not only populalize the law for public welfare, but also train the team to do more with one stone.

Also, we set up the Tibet Renbu Branch, which broke through the history of no lawyers and no law firms in Renbu County. This year, Director Geng Guoyu led our party to accompany the Justice Bureau and the Law Association to Tibet, paired with them to help Tibet's development, and went to the government and villages together with Zhang Wei, director of the Tibet Branch. Originally, Zhang Wei wanted to arrange a lawyer to replace him when the law firm expired in one year, however, lawyer Zhang Wei said that he already liked the plateau here and asked to work for another year. We were very touched by lawyer Zhang's choice, and you must agree with him very much!

Director Dong Yiming and I participated in the claim against Japan, which is still going on. You were very supportive before and personally received Japanese lawyers. At present, we continue to promote it at our own expense and for the public good. We have no regrets!

In addition, at that time, you often went to the scene to cheer for the basketball team. Now our basketball team, football team and table tennis team are doing better. Basketball has entered the top eight for the first time. Leaders at all levels of the law firm also often go to the scene to cheer and support them strongly.

You are very concerned about trade union activities. At that time, I was the chairman of the trade union. Every year on Mid-Autumn Festival, New Year's Day and other festivals, our whole office often held parties in the law firm. You all paid for donations out of your own pocket to make everyone eat better and have more fun. Now our lunch is still going on. Lawyers can eat breakfast and discuss cases comfortably for three or nine days, lawyers' happiness and family culture are more infectious!

We bought another 57 floors this year. The golden area of China Resources Center is already a three-story office building, which has greatly improved the office environment for lawyers. Lawyers have a stronger sense of pride. During the epidemic, many law firms have had a great impact. Many law firms have stopped recruiting new people and even some law firms have laid off employees. However, we are still introducing talents. We are already a thousand law firms! You will be very happy!

Get up early, I usually wake up at five o'clock and start reading a lot of information;

The writing is rigorous, and I am convinced by the revision of the documents of lawyers and assistants, and even they are very clear about the difference between commas and pauns;

Diligence, I am not afraid of hardship, every day will deal with a lot of lawyers and assistants to report over the material, will meet a lot of people and things;

To talk, I will pay attention to the performance of the young people in the team and talk to them in due course;

Taking what I have as my home, I love the law firm more. I take a break from my busy schedule. I am used to turning around the law firm;

I heard about the concept of horse racing enclosure from you. I am now developing my business on the high-speed rail line. Now I have already developed to Inner Mongolia. Recently, the high-speed rail from Jinan to Zhengzhou has also been opened. I am ready to take the high-speed rail to develop Zhengzhou.
