On the occasion of New Year's Day, I was moved by appointment. On January 1, Zhongcheng Qingtai received a "Thank You Letter" from the Xigaze City Lawyers Association of Tibet, expressing heartfelt thanks to Zhongcheng Qingtai (Renbu) Law Firm for its contribution in the first year of its establishment, and sent New Year's greetings.

In July 2022, Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm responded to the call of the National Lawyer Industry Party Committee of the Ministry of Justice and the Shandong Lawyer Industry Party Committee to prepare for the establishment of a Renbu branch in Renbu County, a "lawless county" in Xigaze City, Tibet, to carry out legal aid to Tibet.
Since its establishment, Renbu Institute has handled a total of 369 legal affairs, including 166 books for Tibetan and Han people, 31 legal assistance for criminal cases, 19 civil cases for legal aid, 75 document review and suggestions by government departments, and nearly 700 legal consultations for Tibetan people.
Lawyer Zhang Wei, director of Renbu Institute, overcame the high-altitude living environment and relied on his professional ability to rush about on the road of legal popularization and legal aid. A total of 25 legal lectures were held, including 9 lectures on the marriage of the Civil Code in one town in eight townships of Renbu County, 3 lectures on the Law on the Protection of Minors for Renbu School, 3 lectures on Xi Jinping's thoughts on the rule of law for government departments, 2 lectures on the Constitution, 5 lectures on law popularization, and 4 lectures on law popularization for temple monks, benefiting more than 1000 cadres and students.
The letter of thanks received from the Xigaze Bar Association is a full affirmation of our specific work in promoting social development and the construction of the rule of law in Tibet. In the next step, Zhongcheng Qingtai will continue to deepen its professional fields, bravely assume social responsibilities, actively devote itself to more social welfare undertakings, and contribute the wisdom and strength of Zhongcheng Qingtai to the prosperity of the motherland and the unity and integration of all ethnic groups.
