From December 13 to 16, at the invitation of Yili State Judicial Bureau, Gao Jinjun, vice chairman of Zhongcheng Qingtai Board of Supervisors and secretary general of Shanghai Cooperation Institute of Economic and Trade Legal Services, Yu Peng, head of Zhongcheng Qingtai Maijiarong Feng Du (Jinan) Joint Venture, and Zhang Qing, executive director of Taihua Shangheng (Qingdao) Joint Venture and director of Shanghai Cooperation Institute of Economic and Trade Legal Services, were invited to Iraq to carry out research and training on legal services.
In order to improve the construction of foreign-related rule of law in Yili Prefecture, from December 13 to 16, at the invitation of Yili Prefecture Judicial Bureau, Gao Jinjun, vice chairman of the board of supervisors of Zhongcheng Qingtai and secretary general of Shanghai Cooperation Institute of Economic and Trade Legal Services, Yu Peng, head of Zhongcheng Qingtai Maijiarong Feng Du (Jinan) Joint Venture, and Zhang Qing, executive director of Taihua Shangheng (Qingdao) Joint Venture and director of Shanghai Cooperation Institute of Economic and Trade Legal Services Institute, were invited to carry out research institute.
On the morning of December 15, the Yili State Bureau of Justice held a training course on "Lectures on Legal Services in Free Trade Zone. A total of more than 200 public lawyers, legal advisers, practicing lawyers, and representatives of the Law School of Yili Normal University participated in the training.
At the training course, lawyer Zhang Qing gave a lecture entitled "discussion on legal Services in the Free Trade Zone", which closely combined with practice from the aspects of policy interpretation of the free trade zone, the construction of the legal service system of the free trade zone, and the dimension and exploration of legal services in the free trade zone. I shared a wonderful share on how to do a good job in legal services in the free trade zone.
Lawyer Yu Peng gave a lecture on "The FTZ Meets the 'New' at the right time-the opportunities and challenges of legal services in the FTZ" and "The Government Information for Lawyers Serving the Construction of a Government under the Rule of Law: Guidelines for Public Operation and Key Points for Responses to Litigation", which provided practical experience for lawyers in Yili Prefecture to participate in legal services in Horgos Area of China (Xinjiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
Subsequently, the representatives and their party went to the joint dispute resolution platform of the China-Kazakhstan Horgos International Border Cooperation Center for on-the-spot investigation and exchange. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on foreign-related dispute resolution, cross-border trade, international logistics, and cooperation and joint construction.
The representatives also went to Xinjiang Xiqian Law Firm and Xinjiang Yuanzheng Shengye (Yining) Law Firm for research and discussion, focusing on "the management and development of county law firms, how lawyers can use their advantages to serve the construction of a rule of law government" and "how lawyers can serve China" (Xinjiang) Free Trade Pilot Zone Horgos Area "had an interactive exchange.
In the next step, Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm will strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the Yili State Judicial Bureau and the State Lawyers Association, continue to make progress in the practice of serving the high-quality development of "the belt and road initiative" and the construction of foreign-related legal services, fulfill the mission of foreign-related lawyers, and jointly provide high-quality legal services for the development of the Horgos area in China (Xinjiang) Free Trade Experimental Zone and the high-quality economic and social development of Yili.
