Recently, lawyer Zhang Wei from Zhongcheng Qingtai Tibet Branch went to Angren County to give a series of lectures on "Vigorously Promoting the Spirit of the Constitution and Building a Socialist Rule of Law Culture.

Angren County, Xigaze City, is more than 200 kilometers away from the urban area of Xigaze. Most of the 17 townships in the county are more than 4500 meters above sea level. The county seat is about 4300 meters in Kaga Town. Due to the geographical environment, it is still a "lawyer-free county".
On December 6, lawyer Zhang Wei gave a special lecture on "rule of law into campus, escort to help growth" for students in angren county middle school. By explaining the Law on the Protection of minors and the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency, and analyzing typical cases of using the Internet to infringe upon minors, campus bullying, and common crimes committed by minors, we should guide and educate students to make correct use of the Internet, actively protect their legitimate rights and interests, and constantly improve their awareness and ability to identify risks and protect themselves.
On December 8, lawyer Zhang Wei attended the special study meeting of the theoretical study center group of ongren county of the communist party of China and gave a special lecture on "promoting the spirit of the rule of law and building the rule of law together" for the participants. By preaching the significance, basic principles, main functions, and typical cases of the constitution, the participants were helped to have a more comprehensive understanding of constitutional knowledge.
This series of constitutional publicity activities effectively strengthened the awareness of the people of Angren County to respect the Constitution, study the Constitution, abide by the Constitution, and use the Constitution, and contributed to the joint construction of the rule of law and the strengthening of national unity.
