In order to in-depth study and implement Xi Jinping's thoughts on the rule of law, on the morning of December 4th, on the occasion of the tenth "National Constitution Day", Lixia District of Jinan City held a religious law popularization education lecture hall, and Zhou Jiakui, deputy director of Zhongcheng Qingtai, was invited to give a counseling report.

Zhou Jiakui, deputy director of Zhongcheng Qingtai, was invited to give a tutoring report. Members of the joint conference of the five major religions in Lixia District, heads of religious organizations, religious venues, and some religious staff.
Zhou Jiakui gave an in-depth explanation on the formation process of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law, the key requirements of comprehensively governing the country according to law, the in-depth implementation of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law, and the comprehensive implementation of the Constitution. He taught people in religious circles why they should learn the law, how to learn the law, and what to learn in an easy-to-understand and popular way.
The counseling report was well received by the participants. Everyone said that through listening to the lectures, the religious circles in Lixia District have effectively enhanced their awareness of the rule of law in learning, respecting, abiding by, and using the law, and further guided everyone to adhere to the rule of law thinking and the rule of law to deal with religious issues. it has firmly established the concept of the supremacy of national law among religious people and contributed to the maintenance of harmony and stability in the religious field in Lixia District.
