The exchange personnel are mainly from some fund professional lawyers in Jinan and Qingdao.
At the symposium, Zhang Jian, a lawyer from Jinan Institute and director of the Fund Legal Business Center, gave a detailed introduction to various fund legal services such as private equity fund manager registration, fund product filing, fund liquidation, and fund dispute handling; lawyer Li Xiao from Qingdao Institute gave a detailed introduction to the development of fund-related businesses in Qingdao, subsequently, Zhang Lijie, Ge Xiaowei and Yin Ji of Jinan Institute expressed their views on the development and cooperation direction of the fund and investment and financing business respectively.
