From October 21 to 22, 2023, the Arbitration and Lawyer Mediation Professional Committee of the All China Lawyers Association held a business exchange meeting in Beijing. Yuan Jian, member of the Arbitration and Mediation Professional Committee of the National Lawyers Association and deputy director of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm, attended the conference and exchanged professional knowledge and practical experience with colleagues from all over the country.
From October 21 to 22, 2023, the Arbitration and Lawyer Mediation Professional Committee of the All China Lawyers Association held a business exchange meeting in Beijing. Nearly 200 people including members of the Arbitration and Lawyers Mediation Professional Committee of the National Lawyers Association, lawyers, arbitrators, representatives of arbitration institutions, and university teachers from all over the country attended the meeting.

With the theme of "Arbitration and Mediation in the New Era", the conference focused on "The Positioning and Role of Arbitration Lawyers in the Construction of Foreign-related Rule of Law", "Arbitration Legal Services and Business Environment Construction", "The Latest Development of Foreign-related and International Arbitration", "Lawyer Mediation Opportunities and Development", "Planning and Development of Youth Arbitration" and other topics were exchanged and discussed. Yuan Jian, member of the Arbitration and Mediation Professional Committee of the National Lawyers Association and deputy director of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm, attended the conference and exchanged professional knowledge and practical experience with colleagues from all over the country.
At the meeting, Qian Xiaochen, President of the Supreme People's Court, Wang Chengjie, Deputy Director and Secretary-General of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Gao Zicheng, President of the All China Lawyers Association, and Guo Wei, Director of the Beijing Arbitration Commission, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Wang Liming, Vice President of the National Lawyers Association, made a keynote speech. Zhang Lixia, Director of the Arbitration and Lawyers Mediation Professional Committee of the National Lawyers Association, presided over the opening ceremony.
This business exchange meeting provides a good opportunity for national lawyers, arbitrators, representatives of arbitration institutions, and university teachers for professional exchanges.
