Recently, President Zhang Xiang Na of Longao Sub-branch of China Merchants Bank and his party, together with Hou Chengqun and Director Jing Wei of Jinan Branch of China Merchants Bank, visited Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan to discuss and exchange the establishment of strategic cooperation relations. Lawyers such as Tang Xiangdong, Zhu Weidong, Ge Xiaowei and Ni Xiaojie, senior partners of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute, received them warmly one after another. After two fruitful and full exchanges, the two sides initially reached a strategic cooperation in the following areas: (I) Bankruptcy Business Cooperation The bankruptcy liquidation business will be listed as one of the key cooperation, and the scale and mode of cooperation between China Merchants Bank and our bankruptcy business will be further expanded. (II) Investment Banking Cooperation Cooperate to provide financial advisory on major project financing, financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions, equity financing and matchmaking transactions. For the capital market-related financial market information consulting, IPO collection, agent dividend distribution, new share subscription, additional issuance period fund raising management and other supporting financial needs. (III) personal financial business cooperation Under the same conditions, we will give priority to providing assistance to our institute in the development of employee clustering and integrated financial services, recommend and explore opportunities for personal financial business cooperation, and actively promote personal financial services and products. After consultations, the two sides decided as soon as possible on the bankruptcy project cooperation to build a working mechanism to design landing financial legal services products to jointly market. The two sides will promote the joint development of financial capital products into the bankruptcy legal services market, so as to greatly help our capital side to undertake such cases, but also for our financial legal services to improve the specialization of a broader space.
