"The pursuit of equality between men and women is a great cause. Women are the pioneers of human civilization, the promoters of social progress and an important force in the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country". On September 27, 2021, the State Council issued the Circular on the Outline for the Development of Chinese Women and the Outline for the Development of Chinese Children (2021-2030). The "21st Program" puts forward 75 main goals and 93 strategic measures to thoroughly implement the basic national policy of equality between men and women, marking that Chinese women's development has entered the fourth cycle of my country. On March 8, 2023, Song Huidong, senior partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm and director of Urban Construction Real Estate Department, was invited to participate in the organization of Shandong Yiyang Health Industry Development Group Co., Ltd., Shandong Yiyang Health Group Real Estate (Group) Co., Ltd. This lecture mainly focuses on the country's strategic measures in "women and health, education, economy, participation in decision-making and management, social security, family building, environment and law" proposed in the "21st Program. This lecture combines our current laws and regulations to explain the law in two different environments: "family" and "workplace. In view of the marriage system, truthful notification obligation, common property of husband and wife, common debt, child support, domestic violence, divorce cooling-off period and other aspects involved in the protection of women's family rights and interests, this paper explains them in combination with actual cases; in terms of safeguarding women's rights and interests in the workplace, employment discrimination, employment training and promotion, women's "four-phase" protection, workplace sexual harassment, personal information protection, reputation portrait rights and so on. At the same time, lawyer song told us how to protect the legitimate rights and interests of our women through trade unions from the perspective of accumulated experience of legal advisers at the provincial and municipal levels. Under the policy background of my country's "21st Program", the social status of our women has been continuously improved. The "21st Program" proposes to "thoroughly implement the basic national policy of equality between men and women, and innovate and improve the institutional mechanism for gender equality and women's all-round development. Women have equal access to all-round life-cycle health services, and their health levels continue to improve. Women have an equal right to education, and their quality and ability have been continuously improved. Women enjoy equal economic rights and interests, and their economic status has been steadily improved. Women enjoy political rights on an equal footing, and their level of participation in the management of state and economic, cultural and social affairs has gradually increased. Women have equal access to multi-level and sustainable social security, and the level of treatment has been steadily improved. The system of laws, regulations and policies to support family development has been improved, and the new trend of socialist family civilization has been widely promoted. The concept of equality between men and women has become more popular, and the environment for women's development has been optimized. The rule of law system has become more complete, and women's legitimate rights and interests have been effectively protected. Women's sense of gain, happiness and security have increased significantly."
