In order to further publicize Xi Jinping's thought of the rule of law and enhance the leading and supporting ability, risk management and control ability and active rights protection ability of the rule of law, Jinan City Construction Group organized a special propaganda activity on Xi Jinping's thought of the rule of law on November 15, 2022. Geng Guoyu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm, was invited to give a special lecture. At the scene of the propaganda activity, director Geng Guoyu made a systematic explanation and in-depth interpretation around the formation process of Xi Jinping's rule of law thought, the key requirements of comprehensively governing the country according to law, and the in-depth implementation of Xi Jinping's rule of law thought, using fresh examples, This paper deeply interprets the basic spirit of Xi Jinping's rule of law thought and the core meaning of "eleven persistence; it deeply analyzes and emphasizes the importance of cultivating the thinking of the rule of law to enhance the ability of modern governance, and deeply learning and practicing Xi Jinping's thought of the rule of law to promote the modernization of governance.
