Coinciding with the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Geng Guoyu, director of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm, as the head of the "Jinan Lawyers Propaganda Group", was invited to the Jinan Natural Resources and Planning Bureau on October 13 to carry out Xi Jinping's rule of law propaganda activities.
