On March 15th, International Consumer Rights Day, Lawyer Cheng was invited to conduct a special training entitled "Controlling Quality and Safety Risks and Improving the Quality of Work and Life" for the Second Construction Co., Ltd. of China Construction Eighth Bureau. This training adopts the method of "on-site online video", and the heads of the company's headquarters and branches, and the staff of safety production, legal affairs and other departments participate.

Starting from the nature and work content of the construction enterprise, lawyer Cheng law-abiding analyzes the safety risks caused by quality problems of construction projects, the legal responsibilities of construction units and relevant responsible persons, and puts forward legal suggestions and matters needing attention in combination with the construction law, the production safety law, the regulations on quality management of construction projects and relevant laws and regulations.
In the second part of this lecture, lawyer Cheng analyzed the relevant provisions of the Product Quality Law, the Consumer Rights Protection Law, and the Food Safety Law, shared real cases encountered in life, and taught consumers to everyone. Hot issues such as personal information protection, overseas shopping, live delivery, punitive compensation and so on.
