Zhongcheng Qingtai "Guanghe Plan" Young Lawyer Training Project First Lecture Successfully Held

On the afternoon of April 8, the first lecture of the "Guanghe Plan" young lawyer training program initiated by the Human Resources Executive Committee of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute was successfully held. A total of 107 young lawyers from Jinan Institute participated in the training through live webcast. Lawyers Yu Cuilan, Deng Pu, Chen Xiaotong and Zhang Hao from the Human Resources Executive Committee of Jinan Institute and Liu Juan, Human Resources Commissioner, attended the lecture on the spot. This lecture was presided over by lawyer Deng Pu, who introduced Zhongcheng Qingtai's "Guanghe Plan" young lawyer training program to the young lawyers participating in the training. The homonym of "Guanghe" is "photosynthesis", which refers to photosynthesis. Photosynthesis is the greatest reaction on the earth, because almost all organic matter on the earth is made by photosynthesis. Zhongcheng Qingtai's training program aims to cultivate the comprehensive quality of young lawyers, support the all-round development of young lawyers, and promote the continuous growth of young lawyers like photosynthesis. The theme of this training is "Sing the Youth Song of Lawyer Career", which was delivered by lawyer Meng Fanhu, deputy director of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm. Lawyer Meng Fanhu started with the teaching of lawyer Wang Guangren, the old director of Zhongcheng Qingtai, and took his 30-year career as the main line. He shared with all young lawyers how young lawyers should move from youth to maturity through solid accumulation and move closer to senior lawyers in terms of professional ability and case source ability. After the meeting, the young lawyers attending the meeting actively communicated with lawyers from Meng Fanhu, who also answered everyone's questions one by one. This training has largely helped young lawyers clarify their professional direction and future work focus, and it also deeply reflects Zhongcheng Qingtai's attention and care for the growth of young lawyers.
