Recently, Shandong Provincial Department of Justice, Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security issued the "Notice on Announcing the 2017 Evaluation Results of Shandong Provincial Senior Evaluation Committee for Lawyers and Notary Public" (Lu Si [2018] No. 9). Lawyers Han Honggang and Li Ruzhi of our institute passed the first-level lawyer qualification evaluation, and lawyers Zhou Jiyong and Shi Guangbo passed the second-level lawyer qualification evaluation, sixteen lawyers, including Tang Xiangdong, Du Wentang, Cheng Shoufa and Chen Jinling, passed the three-level lawyer qualification assessment.
This review has successively gone through procedures such as individual declaration, democratic review recommend, unit review, review by the competent department, review by the Shandong Provincial Lawyer Qualification Senior Review Committee, approval and announcement. According to the "Shandong Province Professional and Technical Position Qualification Evaluation Measures (Trial) (Lu Renfa [2002] No. 26)", the professional and technical position qualification is a sign of the academic and technical level of professional and technical personnel, and it is the employment of employers and professional and technical personnel. One of the important basis for professional and technical positions. To apply for the post qualification of senior lawyer, it is required to have a high level of specialization, strong research ability and corresponding professional academic achievements.

Up to now, there are 2 lawyers who have passed the first-level lawyer qualification review, 4 lawyers who have passed the second-level lawyer qualification review, and 26 lawyers who have passed the third-level lawyer qualification review.
