Our 2018 Department Business Training Begins Brilliantly -Lawyers Yao Huming, Sun Guihua and Yin Yuan undertake the task of teaching for the first time

In order to improve the business ability and a strong learning atmosphere, according to the requirements of our institute for the department to carry out the training plan, on March 23, our 2018 business training started as scheduled. Lawyer Yao Huming, deputy director of our institute, lawyer Sun Guihua, partner and lawyer Yin Yuan, partner, undertook the first training task. This training is a professional training specially prepared by the real estate department and all lawyers in the real estate department according to the requirements of the professional reform process of our institute and in combination with the rapid development and rapid changes of the current real estate. The speakers of this training are lawyer Yao Huming of the first real estate department, lawyer Sun Guihua of the second real estate department and lawyer Yin Yuan of the third real estate department.

Yao Huming is a senior partner of our firm, deputy director of the management committee and law firm, legal consultant of various government departments and large-scale real estate development enterprises, and has been engaged in legal services such as construction engineering and real estate development for many years. In this training class, he took three cases in the process of land maturation as the topic, shared with everyone the experience and difficulties summarized in the process of real estate development legal business for many years, and analyzed the problems that need to be paid attention to in the process of land maturation., Put forward relevant suggestions; Sun Guihua is a partner of our firm, and has served as the legal consultant of Jinan City Central District People's Government, Jinan Old City Development and Investment Group Co., Ltd. and other enterprises and institutions, in this training, she explained the legal issues in the decision-making process of housing expropriation compensation on state-owned land, clarified the relevant procedures and standards, and explained in simple terms, so that lawyers who are new to this business can clarify the basic process of housing expropriation compensation on state-owned land; Lawyer Yin Yuan is a partner of our firm and has been the legal consultant of Jinan Land and Resources Bureau and real estate construction enterprises all the year round, in this training class, she combined her work practice and agency business experience, starting from the expropriation practice and actual cases, introduced the general process in the process of collective land expropriation, and deeply discussed the common problems in the process of collective land expropriation.
