On the morning of March 31, 2018, the second working meeting of the National Lawyers Association's Construction and Housing Committee to draft the supporting contract text of the general project contract was held in Qingdao. The meeting discussed the revised version of the "Construction Project General Contract Model Text (Trial)" (GF-2011-0216) and the first drafts of supporting design subcontracts, construction subcontracts, procurement contracts, project management agreements, and the first drafts of lawyer business operation guidelines for this series of contract texts. This meeting was hosted by the Construction Committee of the National Lawyers Association, co-organized by the Shandong Lawyers Association and the Qingdao Lawyers Association, and undertaken by the Wenkang Law Firm. More than 30 senior members of the Construction Committee of the National Lawyers Association attended the meeting, and the Qingdao Lawyers Association Industry Party Committee Deputy Secretary Liu Baodong was present to congratulate. Zhu Shuying, director of the National Lawyers Association's Housing Committee and director of Jianwei General Office, made a summary speech and arranged relevant work. Lawyer Li Heng, deputy director and senior partner of our institute, participated in the discussion of this meeting as the deputy head of the research group of designing subcontract demonstration contract text, and will further participate in related work in the next step.
