The seminar focused on the three levels of "Intellectual Property Legal Risks in Intangible Heritage Inheritance and Innovation", "Intangible Heritage Product Brand Building and Trademark Protection" and "Intangible Heritage Property Protection. Lawyer Yu Peng started with the "Lujin" case and the "Gujing Roast Goose" case, and explained the legal characteristics of intangible cultural heritage and the contradiction between it and the protection of intellectual property rights as a private right, and then extended The importance, urgency and comprehensiveness of intellectual property protection in non-genetic inheritance and innovation. The characteristics of the protection of "certification trademark" and "geographical indication" and the relevant achievements of Shandong Province are introduced in detail.

Participants conducted in-depth discussions on intangible cultural heritage legislation, intellectual property protection, unfair competition protection and other legal protection levels. Guangzhou salt water song, Guangcai, Guangxiu, ivory carving, Guangdong jade carving, Guangzhou wood carving, Guangzhou brick sculpture, Guangzhou gray sculpture, Guangzhou root carving, Guangzhou hardwood furniture, Guangzhou costume, copper craft, Guangzhou enamel, manual gold and other intangible cultural heritage inheritors raised many puzzles in the field of intangible cultural heritage protection, and legal experts attending the meeting answered them one by one.

From the perspective of raising questions, thinking about problems and solving problems, this meeting conducted useful discussions and formed a certain consensus. The inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage has a long way to go. People in the legal profession will work with administrative agencies, industry associations and inheritors to continuously promote the inheritance, development and innovation of my country's intangible cultural heritage.
