On April 18 and 19, 2017, the Henan Provincial Construction Project Rights Protection Office held the "2017 Edition Construction Project Construction Contract Legal Practice Training Course" in Luoyang. Many construction units such as Henan Province Liujian sent personnel to participate in the study. The Henan Provincial Construction Project Rights Protection Office is the only organization in the housing and urban-rural construction system of Henan Province that serves the protection of rights in the industry, and has made great contributions to the construction industry in Henan Province.
Lawyer Li Heng, deputy director and senior partner of our institute, was invited to give a one-and-a-half-day lecture in the training class. The topic of the lecture was "2017 Edition of Engineering Construction Contract and Related Engineering Legal Issues".
