I was awarded the "Mediation Studio" by Jinan Court, Judicial Bureau and Lawyers Association.

On August 10, the Jinan Municipal People's Court, the Judicial Bureau, and the Lawyers Association held the Jinan Lawyer Mediation Work Training Course and the Lawyer Mediation Studio Award Ceremony. I was awarded the "Shandong Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm Mediation Studio" by the Jinan City Court, Justice Bureau, and Lawyers Association. Deputy Director Yu Peng received the plaque on behalf of the law firm.

The lawyer agency appeal system is an important measure for the party and the country to comprehensively promote the rule of law, and effectively maintains social harmony and stability. In terms of laws and regulations, the "decision of the CPC Central Committee on comprehensively promoting the Rule of Law" adopted by the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee in October 2014; opinions on the Establishment of a system for lawyers to participate in resolving and acting for Law-related Letters and visits (for trial implementation) issued by the Central political and Law Commission in June 2015; April 2017, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, and the Ministry of Justice jointly formulated the document "Opinions on the Gradual Implementation of the Lawyers' Agency Appeal System", which gradually improved the agency appeal system and gave full play to the maximum effectiveness of agency appeals. In practice, the agency appeal system has continuously improved the situation of letters and visits involved in litigation, showing a gratifying change from "letters and visits do not believe in the law" to "abandoning visits and transferring to the law. The law firm will take the opportunity of awarding the "mediation studio" to establish rules and regulations, give full play to the functions of the studio, and contribute more to the rooting of the lawyer's complaint system.
