Recently, our senior partner Zhou Jiakui was invited by Sanjian Group to give a training lecture on legal affairs and related risk prevention for more than 200 leading employees of its joint-stock company.

This lecture mainly explains how to use legal means to prevent it by listing the legal practices and legal risks that are easy to appear in each link of the construction project. From the legal awareness, evidence awareness, risk awareness of three aspects into the topic, focusing on risk prevention and response measures to carry out training. Combining typical cases, Lawyer Zhou explained in detail the necessity of legal training, the three basic legal systems in the field of construction engineering practice, the characteristics of construction engineering cases, the causes of construction engineering contract disputes, the common problems of construction contracts involving subcontracting, the representation of agents, and the suggestions in the construction contract.
