Our lawyers participated in the 16th East China Lawyers Forum
From November 10th to 11th, 2018, the 16th East China Lawyers Forum co-sponsored by the Lawyers Association of Six Provinces and One City in East China and undertaken by the Jiangxi Lawyers Association was successfully held. The theme of this forum is "new era, new ideas and new ideas as the function of lawyers in the construction of a country ruled by law". There is a main forum and four special forums. The main forum is entitled to build a benign and coordinated litigation relationship. The sub-forums are entitled to Party building leading the development of the lawyer industry, the three major battles of lawyer service, criminal defense and agency, traditional business and new thinking of lawyers. More than 200 legal experts, scholars and lawyer representatives from six provinces and one city in East China gathered to discuss the mission, responsibility and development of lawyers in the new era.

The Shandong lawyer delegation is headed by Ma Dongning, vice president of Shandong Lawyers Association, with a total of 16 members. Director Han Honggang of our institute, lawyer Li Heng, deputy director of Jinan institute, and lawyer Ning Hancheng of Qingdao institute participated in this forum as members of Shandong lawyer delegation.

Director Han Honggang made a keynote speech at the party building sub-forum and introduced the experience of our institute in party building work over the years. As commented by Director Wang Guoqiang of the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Justice at the meeting, our institute has broken out a "party building to promote construction, party affairs to promote business, and party spirit to promote integrity" development path.
Lawyer Li Heng in the traditional business and lawyer new thinking sub-forum made a keynote speech entitled "commercial housing presale contract dispute judgment rules empirical analysis", to 2015-2017 Jinan commercial housing presale contract disputes related judicial precedents for empirical analysis, put forward a number of solutions, won the praise of the participants.
After the exchange of the forum and the evaluation of the paper evaluation committee, a total of 105 excellent papers were selected in this forum, of which 7 excellent papers won the first prize and 28 excellent papers won the second prize. The paper "Empirical Analysis of the Rules for Adjudication of Commercial Housing presale Contract Disputes" jointly written by Li Heng and Wang Ruoyu lawyers was selected as the second prize by this forum.

The next East China Lawyers Forum will be hosted by the Shanghai Lawyers Association. Our firm will further encourage lawyers, especially young lawyers, to actively write professional papers and actively participate in the 17th East China Lawyers Forum to be held in Shanghai next year.
