In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress and safeguard the authority of the Constitution, on the morning of December 4, lawyer Tian Qingsong of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law firm participated in the 12.4 National Constitution propaganda Day Law Popularization campaign organized by the political and Law Committee of Jinan High-tech Zone.
