From the perspective of the bond financing market, lawyer Wu Haiyang described the similarities and differences of different bond types, gave professional ideas for dealing with the relevant problems that may be encountered in the process of issuing bonds, and combined with his rich practical experience, explained in detail the matters needing attention in due diligence and issuing legal opinions for the lawyers present in the process of bond issuance.

Lawyer Liu Yuhan, with the title of "matters that can be independently agreed upon in the articles of association", refined the matters authorized by the company law to be independently agreed upon in the articles of association, and put forward thoughts and suggestions for the "tailor-made" of the relevant provisions of the articles of association. and combined with the relevant legal provisions and the main points of judgment of local courts, summed up and summarized the judicial opinions related to the articles of association.
