The annual meeting of the intellectual property Committee of the National Law Association was successfully held, and members Gao Jinjun, Zhu Bing and Yu Peng of our institute attended the meeting and won awards.

From December 7 to 9, 2018, the China Intellectual Property Law Practice Seminar and the 2018 Annual Meeting of the Intellectual Property Professional Committee of the All China Lawyers Association were successfully held in Nanning, Guangxi. This annual meeting is hosted by the Intellectual Property Professional Committee of the All China Lawyers Association, the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Lawyers Association, and the Intellectual Property Professional Committee of the Guangxi Lawyers Association. The annual meeting attracted hundreds of intellectual property lawyers from all over the country, and invited the European Union (Germany) and ASEAN intellectual property counterparts to participate. Lawyers from all over the world gathered to discuss the progress and hot issues of intellectual property law practice.

Member of the Intellectual Property Professional Committee of the All-China Lawyers Association, Vice Chairman of the Zhongcheng Qingtai Board of Supervisors, Gao Jinjun, Deputy Director of Qingdao Institute, Zhu Bing, Deputy Director of Qingdao Institute, and Yu Peng, Deputy Director of Jinan Institute were invited to attend the meeting and submit papers. Gao jinjun, zhu bing lawyers submitted a monograph. The theme of this annual meeting is "China's Intellectual Property Law Practice Exchange and ASEAN Business Seminar". After the main forum in the morning, five sub-forums including patents, trademarks, copyrights, competition law, and traditional culture were set up in the afternoon for in-depth discussions in different fields.

Lawyer Gao Jinjun served as the moderator of the Trademark Law Sub-forum (Director of the Intellectual Property Professional Committee of Shandong Lawyers Association).

Lawyer Yu Peng participated in the intangible cultural heritage sub-forum and served as a seminar guest.

Lawyer Zhu Bing gave a speech on "Legal Qualitative Issues of Browsers with Ad-removal Plug-ins" at the Competition Law Sub-Forum.

Gao Jinjun and Zhu Bing's "Analysis of Major Intellectual Property Infringement Cases in China (Shandong Province) (Korean)" (jointly published by the South Korea Consulate General in Qingdao and the Korean Trade and Investment Promotion Corporation Qingdao Trade Hall) won the "Monographs of the Year" award at the annual meeting.
