On December 14, the 2018 China World Law Firm Alliance Partner Conference was held in Pudong, Shanghai. The theme of this conference is: "Focus, Change, Integration, and Progress". More than 280 legal elites from various member firms of the alliance participated. Han Deyun, chairman of the China World Law Firm Alliance, introduced the recent development of the China World Law Firm Alliance to the guests and colleagues of the alliance. Director Han Honggang, as a representative of the alliance, took the stage together with other representatives to witness the official launch of the "Zhongshi Model Institute" project. "Zhongshi Model Institute" is a relatively complete set of management and operation guidelines based on China's regional comprehensive strong institute, which is formed by Zhongshi Law Firm Alliance on the basis of absorbing the experience of international law firms and collecting the management advantages of domestic members. The project will promote the convergence of the management system, the growth of regional advantages, the sharing of professional resources and the enhancement of market competitiveness of domestic members through the formation and promotion of unified and guiding standard management standards (systems) of the domestic members of the alliance, supplemented by scientific analysis and management consulting services for the market development environment of different regions at different stages.

Director Dong Yiming attended the round table forum and had in-depth exchanges on how to help young lawyers shape their values and cultural identity, how to carry out professional and non-professional skills training, and how to provide a better growth atmosphere for young lawyers.
