Financial Investment Department to conduct business training
On December 14, 2018, the Ministry of Finance and Investment conducted internal training in the conference room of the Institute. This training, combined with the business characteristics of the Finance Department, by the Finance Department partner Zhao Zhigang lawyer, partner Jin Feng lawyer as the keynote speaker.
In the one-hour training, lawyer Zhao Zhigang introduced the business process of merger and acquisition, the risk analysis of merger and acquisition investigation, the design and production of relevant legal documents, etc. in combination with the value points of financial lawyers in the company's merger and acquisition business. Jin Feng lawyer's topic is "due diligence points analysis", combined with the different characteristics of the seller's due diligence and the buyer's due diligence, from the lawyer's due diligence process design, investigation skills, operational difficulties and solutions to the financial lawyer's traditional due diligence business in-depth discussion of the knowledge points.
The lectures of the two lawyers, with a solid theoretical foundation combined with rich practical experience, have a clear structure, wonderful and extraordinary, and have high practical guiding significance. The atmosphere of learning and communication at the training site was harmonious, the lawyers interacted enthusiastically, and many practical questions were answered through full discussion.
At the end of the training, lawyer Tang Xiangdong, director of the Financial Investment Department, made a concluding speech, fully recognized the lectures of the two speakers, and combined with the content of this training, planned and prospected the work direction of the Financial Investment Department in the next step.
The training was conducted from 5 pm to 9 pm and was a complete success.
