Real Estate Legal Affairs Department conducts business training

On December 20, 2018, the Real Estate Legal Affairs Department conducted the last business training of this year in our mediation center. This training focuses on the hot issues in lawyers' business. Lawyer Song Huidong gave a lecture on the main points of legal due diligence on real estate merger and acquisition projects, lawyer Wang Ruoyu gave a lecture on the relevant legal risks and precautions in the process of signing and performing the commercial housing sales contract, and lawyer Niu Chao gave a lecture on the report and sharing of legal service work of Jinan Urban and Rural Construction Committee. The three lawyers shared professional and pragmatic knowledge for everyone from the perspectives of real estate mergers and acquisitions, commercial housing sales, and construction committee services.

Lawyer Song Huidong takes the legal due diligence of real estate merger and acquisition projects as the theme, from the classification of due diligence, the purpose of due diligence, the method of due diligence and the scope of due diligence, combined with his rich practical experience in real estate merger and acquisition business, to introduce the key and difficult problems that should be paid attention to in the real estate merger and acquisition business. Lawyer Wang Ruoyu has many years of experience in developing corporate advisory legal services and has in-depth research on commercial housing-related businesses. In this training, lawyer Wang Ruoyu mainly talked about the content and elements of the "Commercial Housing Sales Contract", the legal risks of unclear contractual agreements, the legal risks of non-standard sales behavior of development enterprises and related preventive measures. Based on his own experience in the legal service of the Municipal Construction Committee, lawyer Niu Chao introduced the relevant typical cases and solutions in the work of the Municipal Construction Committee, which has a high reference significance for the development of your future work.
