On December 21, 2018, the Jinan Buddhist Association organized Buddhist circles to study the Constitution and the National Flag Law, and invited our lawyer Wang Yang Baixue to give interactive lectures. Lawyer Wang Yang Baixue mainly explained the meaning, function, main content of the constitution and the main content of the national flag law; the reasons for amending the constitution; the main principles and content of the 2018 constitution amendment; and the study and implementation of the constitution.
