Capital Markets Department conducts business training
On March 8, 2019, the Capital Markets Department conducted internal training in the conference room of our institute. This training revolved around the "Implementation Opinions on the Establishment of a Science and Technology Innovation Board and Pilot Registration System on the Shanghai Stock Exchange" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission on January 30, 2019, and was presented by Lawyer Deng Pu on "New Opportunities in the Capital Market-A Preliminary Exploration of the Legal Practice of the Science and Technology Innovation Board".
Lawyer Deng Pu first introduced the background and strategic significance of the board. The establishment of the Science and Technology Innovation Board and the pilot registration system is an important measure for the CSRC to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the opening of the 2018 Expo, to better meet the financing needs of science and technology enterprises, promote innovation and domestic industrial upgrading and economic restructuring. Then, from the highlights and innovations of the board, Mr. Deng Pu explained in detail the positioning and supporting industries of the board, the listing conditions and audit process of the board, and the issuance and underwriting of the board. Finally, Lawyer Deng Pu reminded the lawyers present to pay attention to the special regulations for stock trading on the CRE Board in terms of both the trading system and investor appropriateness.

Lawyer Deng Pu's discussion of the legal practice of the Kechuang version was comprehensive and in-depth, and the lawyers at the meeting interacted frequently and responded enthusiastically.

At the end of the training, Li Zhenzhong, deputy director of Zhongcheng Qingtai law firm and director of capital market department, commented on Deng Pu's lecture and spoke highly of it. He pointed out that the established rule system of science and technology innovation board has brought many opportunities to lawyers engaged in capital market business; a professional lawyer should constantly and extensively expand his knowledge reserve to provide better legal services for clients.
