On March 24, Wei Jiajun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Xiantao Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in Hubei Province, led a delegation to visit and hold a business exchange meeting with the Jinan office of Zhongcheng Qingtai. Accompanying the delegation were Wang Hao, Deputy President of Xiantao People's Court; Fu Fangqing, Director of the Ganhe Street Working Committee of Xiantao Municipal People's Congress; Liu Taoyong, Deputy Secretary-General of Xiantao Municipal Committee; Huang Chao, Chief Judge of Xiantao People's Court; Xiao Zhuqing, Judge of Xiantao People's Court; Bao Yan, staff member of Xiantao Municipal Bureau of Commerce; Sun Hao, director of Hubei Weiwei Law Firm; and Yang Fan, partner of Hubei Weiwei Law Firm. The delegation was warmly received by Geng Guoyu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan office; Li Ruzhi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Ma Shibin, Senior Partner; Wu Guoliang and Tian Hua, Partners; and lawyer Zhang Qiang.

Accompanied by Director Geng Guoyu, Vice Chairman Wei Jiajun and his delegation toured the Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan office, learning about Zhongcheng Qingtai's Party building work, History, business layout, and internationalization process.
At the exchange meeting, Director Li Ruzhi extended a warm welcome to Vice Chairman Wei Jiajun and his delegation. Vice Chairman Wei Jiajun introduced the current state of Xiantao's economic and social development and mentioned some legal issues faced by enterprises during bankruptcy restructuring. He expressed hope to learn from Zhongcheng Qingtai's rich experience in this area to promote the smooth progress of relevant work in Xiantao. Both sides engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions on specific issues such as tax treatment in enterprise bankruptcy restructuring, recruitment mechanisms for trust investors and operators, workflows for secured creditor groups, and the legal practice of debt transfer.
This exchange meeting enhanced mutual understanding and trust between Zhongcheng Qingtai's Jinan office and the Xiantao CPPCC and related departments. Zhongcheng Qingtai will take this exchange as an opportunity to fully leverage its professional advantages, work hand in hand with all parties in Xiantao, and jointly explore ideas and methods for solving legal issues related to enterprise bankruptcy restructuring, providing high-quality and efficient legal services to support Xiantao's economic and social development.
