Geng Junhong started working at Shandong Transportation Group in December 1981, obtained a lawyer qualification in 1992, served as the deputy director of the legal office of the group in December 1996, passed the first national legal advisor qualification examination in October 1998, became the director of the legal affairs department of the group in May 2006, and was appointed as the chief legal advisor of the group in August 2011, fully responsible for the legal affairs of the group.
