Su Na is currently a partner at Shandong Jointide (Jinan) Law Firm, the director of the International Business Center, a member of the All China Lawyers Association specialized committee, and the deputy director of the International Trade and International Investment Law Professional Committee of the Shandong Lawyers Association. She is a member of the Belt and Road International Lawyers Alliance.

She was admitted as a Member of Golden Key International Honor Society during the MAA courses.
From 2002 to 2007, she studied in Shandong Institute of Industry and Commerce (formerly China Institute of Coal Economics) and obtained a double degree in Law and Economics (International Trade) upon graduation.
