- Litigation cases: (1) A contract dispute case between United Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Bank Jinan Branch, involving a principal amount of 300 million yuan. Shandong Provincial High People's Court (2015) Lu Shang Chu Zi No. 39; (2) A financial loan contract dispute case between Tianjin Bank Jinan Branch and Shandong Changji Import and Export Co., Ltd., Gaoqing Hongyuan Petrochemical Co., Ltd., involving a principal amount of 30 million yuan. Jinan Intermediate People's Court (2013) Ji Shang Chu Zi No. 61; (3) In 2014, Lawyer Gao Jian successfully represented Huarong International Trust Co., Ltd. in a dispute over the "Trust Loan Contract" with Shandong Hengsheng Group Industrial Development Co., Ltd., involving a principal amount of 540 million yuan. Case No.: (2015) Gao Min (Shang) Chu Zi No. 1151; (4) In 2016, Lawyer Gao Jian successfully represented China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. in a sales contract dispute with Shandong Changhua Industrial Development Co., Ltd., Rizhao Libao Plant Protein Co., Ltd., Qingdao Guorong Group Co., Ltd., involving a principal amount of 180 million yuan. Case No. (2016) Lu 01 Min Chu No. 894; (5) A financial loan contract dispute case between Shandong International Trust Co., Ltd. and Yinan Group Co., Ltd., involving a principal amount of 250 million yuan, Shandong Provincial High People's Court (2014) Lu Shang Chu Zi No. 39;
- Non-litigation cases: (1) Provided legal services for the Haiyang Nuclear Power Phase I project syndicate loan, serving as the syndicate lawyer for 9 banks including the China Development Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, Export-Import Bank of China, China Merchants Bank, and Bohai Bank, representing the syndicate in negotiations with the borrower Shandong Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. during the loan process of 36.289 billion yuan, drafting various legal documents and providing legal opinions to the syndicate; (2) Provided modification suggestions and legal opinions for the China Development Bank's "Petróleos de Venezuela, SA $1,500,000,000 Trade Related Term Loan Credit Facility Distribution Strategy Agreement" project; (3) At the request of the Jinan office of China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd., organized and completed lists of multiple non-performing assets from Bank of China, Bank of Communications, etc., established electronic files for 2400 project claims, produced over 1500 debt transfer notices and corresponding asset lists, and sent over 1500 debt transfer notices to the main debtor and guarantor; (4) Since starting practice, issued nearly ten thousand legal opinions, providing strong legal support for correct decision-making by service units.
