2. Jinan Tiandi Petroleum and Natural Gas Co., Ltd. vs. Jinan Tianqiao District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and other administrative decision dispute cases.
3. Jinan Ximen Electronics Co., Ltd. and others vs. Liu Jun partnership agreement dispute case and private lending dispute case, where the Jinan Intermediate Court ruled in favor on appeal, involving a litigation amount of over 8 million yuan.
4. Jinan Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. vs. Jinan Lijia Real Estate Co., Ltd. and a series of equity transfer contract dispute cases, all of which were won and fully recovered.
5. Guotai Leasing Co., Ltd. vs. Jinan Anxin Commercial Operation Management Co., Ltd. debt transfer contract dispute case, and the debt transfer contract dispute case with Guiyang Bank Shuicheng Branch; as well as financing lease contract dispute cases with Alashan League Cultural Tourism Investment Development Co., Ltd., Ruzhou Transportation Investment Development Co., Ltd., and Ningjin County Phoenix Center Health Hospital (the total amount involved in the cases exceeds 2 billion yuan).
6. Zhongda Group Co., Ltd. vs. Baishi Cliff Mining Co., Ltd. and Liangzhuang Mining Co., Ltd. sales contract dispute case (the amount involved is over 8 million yuan).
7. Shandong Broadcasting Network Co., Ltd. vs. Guoguang Tongtu (Beijing) Media Technology Co., Ltd. and other service contract dispute cases (the amount involved is over 3 million yuan).
8. Shandong Highway Group Co., Ltd. vs. Yantao Stone Material Factory and other mining rights dispute cases, where mediation resulted in a loss reduction of 30 million yuan for the Highway Group.
9. Shandong Hualian Department Store Co., Ltd. vs. Shandong Tengbo Ya Development Co., Ltd. and other lease contract dispute cases won (successfully terminated the lease of 48,000 square meters of leased property and land).
