Lawyer Xu Changle has been engaged in intellectual property and corporate legal affairs since February 2009, it has successfully provided patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, franchise license and other intellectual property legal services to dozens of domestic and foreign enterprises, such as FIRST LINE GROUP(UK), Shandong Academy of Building Sciences, Shandong Construction and Development Research Institute, Shandong Radio and Television Network Co., Ltd., Shandong Development Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., Haier Group Co., Ltd., Weichai Holding Group Co., Ltd., Weiqiao Textile Co., Ltd, he has served as legal adviser to more than 10 government departments and large companies, including Shandong intellectual property Office, Shenzhen Tencent computer system Co., Ltd., Shandong Development Investment holding Group Co., Ltd., and Inspur Cisco Network Technology Co., Ltd.
Lawyer Xu Changle represented more than 300 intellectual property cases in the Supreme People's Court and more than 40 higher people's courts and intermediate people's courts in 20 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, including patent infringement disputes, patent authorization confirmation administrative disputes, patent ownership disputes, patent contract disputes, trademark infringement disputes, copyright infringement disputes, unfair competition disputes and franchise license disputes; in the State Intellectual Property Office, there were nearly 100 cases of patent invalidation disputes, trademark invalidation disputes, and trademark administrative reconsideration; nearly 1000 cases of intellectual property applications such as patent applications, trademark registration, and copyright registration.
◆ Overseas exchange experience
From September to October 2014, as the recommend of the State Intellectual Property Office representing China, he was the only intellectual property lawyer who participated in the autumn intellectual property seminar of the European Internal Market Coordination Bureau (OHIM, now the European Union Intellectual Property Office, EUIPO). During the meeting, he delivered the keynote speech "Design Patent Protection in China" as a member of the Chinese delegation "; at the same time, he studied the theory of European Union trademark (CTM) and registered design (RCD) in the system of intellectual property institute of the European internal market coordination bureau, and obtained the certificate of completion issued by the intellectual property institute.
